Products from some of the manufacturers we carry are not returnable once they have been opened or used.
Custom made products are never refundable and credits will not be issued.
You MUST obtain a RMA number(a return merchandise authorization) before returning an item
for a refund. To obtain a return merchandise authorization number, contact us by
emailing our Customer Service Department. Send us an e-mail
If the returned item is defective or has been damaged in shipment,
we will send you a replacement and will cover your cost of returning
the item to us. Otherwise you will be responsible for the cost
of returning items to us.
** All returns
must be made within 10 (TEN) days of the original purchase (with the
exception of defective laptop batteries - see Battery Warranty).
** All returns must be shipped back in original packaging. After 10 days, we give store credits or exchanges.
NO REFUNDS OR RMA is issued for International Orders (including Canada). International customers must be aware of the International Return policy since we cannot be responsible for custom duties and fees.
If a returned item is defective or has been damaged,
we will either send you a replacement or issue
you a store credit in the amount of the item's cost plus the original
shipping charge. If you have decided not to keep an item for
some other reason, we will issue you a credit for the cost of
the item less a 20% restocking charge and will not refund
the original shipping charge and any additional shipping charges for returning the product.
